Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid,Costa Rica)

The Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer will provide second level support to US-based customers, resolving their most pressing technical issues. They will take ownership of customer cases and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective use of Armis products.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in Cyber Security, with technical knowledge in networking and Linux-based products. Experience with SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting languages is preferred.
