Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid,Costa Rica)
ArmisCore Responsibilities
The Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer will provide second level support focusing on US-based customers, resolving their most pressing technical issues. They will take ownership of customer cases and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective use of Armis products.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly in network or application security. Technical knowledge in TCP/IP, Linux, SQL, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
