The F&B Captain is responsible for communicating service needs, preparing checks for group functions, and ensuring banquet rooms are ready for service. They also check guest satisfaction and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience. No specific licenses or certifications are required.
