Diagnose business needs and organizational challenges related to talent. Implement HR solutions in collaboration with COEs, ensuring their effectiveness. Develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor results and adjust HR actions according to the operational context.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, project implementation in HR, talent management, stakeholder management, and union relations. Technical knowledge of HR processes, LFT, and unions.
