CRA/ Sr. CRA

Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance. Conducts remote or on-site visits to assess protocol adherence and manages documentation. Develops collaborative relationships with investigational sites and ensures audit readiness.

Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field. Previous experience as a clinical research monitor, ideally 1+ years. International monitoring experience and ability to travel frequently, generally 60-80%.
