Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships with clients. Conduct field visits for collections, document results in the collections system, and ensure work queues are updated. Analyze client proposals to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses.

Experience in collections or customer service roles. Strong understanding of banking policies and procedures. Ability to analyze financial situations and communicate effectively with clients.
