Consultor(a) Pleno(a) - Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

Participate in Financial Due Diligence projects in M&A transactions, working with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct financial and accounting analyses, including quality of earnings, EBITDA, debt levels, working capital, cash flow, and financial statements. Identify and analyze relevant financial and accounting risks for transactions. Analyze databases and prepare executive materials for projects.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics, or in the final year of studies. Experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or Audit. Knowledge of accounting, balance sheets, and financial statements. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
