Deliver recruiting strategies to attract contractor and/or experienced hires. Develop sound business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve hiring goals. Drive the sourcing strategy to identify, attract, and build a talent pipeline.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing in professional/financial services. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking software. Fluency in English, verbally and written.
