Asesor/a Juridico en Departamento de Mora Judicial

Lead the comprehensive management of recovery for consumer and guaranteed products through the definition and execution of judicial and extrajudicial strategies. Administer and supervise external partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and service levels. Focus on achieving recovery goals, productivity, and efficiency, while mitigating losses and risks.

Bachelor's degree in Legal and Social Sciences. 3 to 5 years of experience in legal coordination, judicial and extrajudicial recovery, litigation, and strategy definition for credit assets. Knowledge in Civil, Commercial, Banking, and Procedural Law; negotiation and conflict resolution; financial analysis; and proficiency in Excel and Windows.

The position is on-site with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work during month-end closures. The job is located in either Edificio WTC zona 13 or zona 09.
