Associate HR Business Partner

Support the Regional HRBP on hiring requests and provide updates on hiring status. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and conduct exit interviews for voluntary resignations. Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries and support the execution of the LATAM Engagement Plan. Ensure data integrity in HR systems and prepare HR reports on demand.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic environments. Advanced English proficiency and advanced skills in G Suite. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
