The Anti-Fraud Agent will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer activity to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent behavior, while also conducting verification and assessment of customer documentation according to KYC and AML requirements. This role involves preparing comprehensive reports and collaborating with internal teams while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements
Candidates should possess proven experience in data entry, compliance, risk, or a related field, demonstrating strong attention to detail and efficiency in processing large datasets. Familiarity with AML/EDD regulations and investigative procedures is preferred, alongside proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and databases.
