Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining and executing the e-commerce commercial strategy to accelerate sell-out, market share, and profitable growth across digital platforms by owning sales performance and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights. Key duties include building strategic retailer relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring best-in-class execution across the digital shelf.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or retail media, possessing strong communication and negotiation skills along with expertise in retail media and the digital shelf. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel is necessary, with native Spanish and advanced English language skills.
