The General Manager will be the single accountable owner of the Bitso Business unit, managing the P&L and leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Key duties include driving top-line revenue, defining the product roadmap, and scaling the B2B commercial engine in Latin America.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth tech or fintech, with at least 5 years in a P&L ownership role. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and possess a proven track record of scaling B2B revenue and managing large multi-functional teams.
