Conduct daily audits of processes and inventory to identify areas for improvement. Lead problem-solving sessions with teams to implement enhancements. Serve as a focal point for process inquiries, supporting daily operations and management. Monitor and update area KPIs such as accuracy, losses, and damages.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics processes or transportation. Intermediate knowledge of Google tools like Google Sheets and Presentations, as well as problem analysis methodologies such as PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5 Whys.
