Support the remuneration agenda for the bank's international operations. Conduct analyses, simulations, and comparative studies of remuneration across different geographies. Assist in hiring, retention, promotion, and international mobility processes.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. Previous experience in Compensation. Knowledge of international remuneration, salary benchmarking, and competitiveness analysis. Fluent in English.
