Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, scheduling interventions to minimize operational impacts. Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Ensure necessary resources for maintenance activities are available and properly allocated. Promote continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analyses and team evaluations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and robust experience in integrated maintenance management systems and asset management. Proficient in advanced spreadsheet tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Understanding of workplace safety regulations such as NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35. Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos, São Paulo, with a personal vehicle.
