10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product, Engineering, or adjacent business functions, with significant experience in B2B Fintech or payments. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, paired with an MBA or substantial business experience. Direct knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, and cross-border payment flows is required.
