Analista Senior de Transporte y Distribución Heavy & Bulky - Mercado Envíos

Monitor and analyze operational KPIs for the H&B site, issuing daily and weekly reports with findings and action proposals. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support decision-making, integrating internal data sources. Lead root cause analysis for KPI deviations, coordinating with team leaders and support areas to implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations with a focus on KPI analysis and improvement projects, preferably with H&B/LTL goods. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
