Lead and execute the planning, implementation, and optimization of relational marketing projects and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design and activate automated flows based on data inputs and analytics, configure relational campaigns according to customer behavior, and measure their performance. Act as a technical-functional reference for platforms, researching and adopting new functionalities to maximize conversion and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience. Advanced knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and Fielo. Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Intermediate English is desirable.
