Analista Senior Continuous Improvement

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end continuous improvement projects using agile methodologies and Big Data to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Ensure operational consistency and efficiency across Service Centers in Mexico. Develop business cases and evaluate the economic viability of new technologies and initiatives, presenting strategic recommendations to regional leaders.

Solid experience in continuous improvement within logistics operations or Service Centers/Crossdock. Proficiency in Lean tools such as VSM, A3, PDCA, 5S, DMAIC, and Gemba Walks. Strong analytical skills with operational data management, valued knowledge in SQL, Looker Studio/DataStudio, and AI tools.
