Supervisor Cross Docking - Mercado Envíos

Coordinate Team Leaders to meet objectives and KPIs in each area, ensuring compliance with Tier 1 and Tier 2 in each shift. Provide continuous feedback to promote the professional development of the team. Design strategies to fulfill the PEX program and monitor its execution. Identify innovation opportunities and control the effectiveness of action plans.

Completed technical or higher education (minimum 4 years). Proven experience in leading teams of 10-20 people. Intermediate user-level proficiency in Office. Solid knowledge in continuous improvement, operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning.
