Supervisor Jr de Ventas

Lead and manage the team of replenishment and execution resources in the assigned area. Ensure compliance with volume, billing, execution, and coverage objectives. Monitor management indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and develop action plans. Conduct regular visits to clients and points of sale to ensure proper execution of displays, promotions, and store standards.

Advanced students or professionals in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience in sales, commercial execution, trade marketing, or team supervision. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and proficiency in commercial management digital tools. Valid driver's license required.
