Ensure operational efficiency of shipment collection and budget execution, monitoring arrival curves to distribution centers. Lead the first-mile analyst team, distributing workloads and coordinating with key areas to generate synergies with last-mile operations. Manage commercial and contractual relationships with logistics providers, overseeing rates, billing, and tenders in collaboration with Procurement.

Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Execution Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation contract management, or supply chain roles. Proven experience in direct team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
