Signage Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of multiple signage projects, delivering on time and within budget.
Translate client requirements from the sales team into clear project scopes, plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate across sales, production, and vendors to keep work moving and resolve blockers quickly.
Provide regular client updates, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth handoff through final delivery.
Track tasks, dependencies, and status using CoreBridge/Monday.com (plus Slack, Trello, HubSpot) and maintain organized project documentation.
Monitor project performance, flag risks, and drive continuous improvements.
Prepare concise status and performance reports for internal stakeholders.

POSITION: Signage Project Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM & Philippines) Must be available to work PST hours.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)
Compensation: Up to 1800 USD/month (depending on the employer, your experience, and performance)
