Responsibilities include owning the strategic plan, managing transactional aspects, developing new partners, and ensuring Red Hat's technology is incorporated into partner sales motions.

Candidates must be able to manage complex partner relationships, build cross-team connections, and possess experience in the high-tech industry, specifically with partner/alliance management and global cloud providers. Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, planning, and persuasive leadership skills are essential for success.
