Mercado LibreCore Responsibilities
Train and support staff from various teams with no prior experience at Mercado Libre, ensuring a positive onboarding experience from day one. Continue training for new hires, enhancing the process based on acquired experience. Execute autonomously, establishing synergies with different areas to maximize the impact of training initiatives. Act as a training reference for the corresponding shift and lead the 'Train the Trainers' team.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools, with an interest in integrating AI to enhance productivity. Must be a tertiary or university student, preferred. Own transportation to the Escobar Distribution Center is required. Availability to work on-site in one of the following shifts: morning (Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM), afternoon (Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM with a possible Sunday to Thursday schedule), or night (Sunday to Thursday from 9 PM to 6 AM with a possible Monday to Friday schedule).
