Core Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities while proactively identifying and developing outbound prospects when appropriate. Conduct consultative discovery conversations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and position Wellhub as the best solution.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or another high-growth technology company. Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
