The role involves owning Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy, including building experimentation roadmaps, defining hypotheses, and analyzing test results to drive revenue growth. Additionally, the manager will handle ecommerce operations by translating strategy into structured tasks, managing timelines across multiple brands, and ensuring timely delivery of updates.

Requirements

Candidates need 2 to 5 years of ecommerce experience, preferably with Shopify, and a strong grasp of conversion math (CVR x AOV x traffic). A minimum of one year using task management tools like Asana or Jira, and the ability to write clear briefs for development teams are essential.
