Compliance Sr. Analyst
AESWhat You'll Do
Support the AES third-party vendor due diligence process for all transactions entered into by AES Servicios. Conduct due diligence on third-party business partners, service providers, joint venture partners, and acquisition targets. Educate and train employees on ethics and compliance issues, including regulations and policies related to anti-corruption and workplace harassment.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of compliance experience in a similar in-house role, law firm, or external audit firm. Legal degree required. Knowledge of relevant anti-corruption laws and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Fluent in English.
