Global Senior Manager of Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of benefits offerings across all regions and countries of operation. Drive thought leadership in corporate wellbeing and manage mobility policies, including the international relocation program. Measure the impact of wellness programs to improve employee health and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Prior experience managing multi-country benefits in a corporate environment or relevant benefits consulting experience is highly valued. Fluent/Advanced English; Spanish is strongly desired.
