Accountant Colombia

Assist with the monthly and annual financial close, including managing the closing calendar and performing analytical reviews of financial statements. Support complex balance sheet reconciliations and prepare financial statements and reporting packages. Participate in tax compliance activities and prepare technical accounting memos on various topics while contributing to accounting policy improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CPA license required. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in financial services or a Big Four firm. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Colombian tax regulations, with experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
