Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs. Create and analyze KPIs/data-driven metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Mentor junior team members in the development and implementation of training programs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Data Analytics. Proven experience managing complex datasets and analyzing learning metrics. Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level.
