What You'll Do
Act as a technical and strategic reference within the M&A team, guiding analysts and ensuring quality deliverables. Conduct in-depth market studies to evaluate synergies, risks, and business opportunities. Develop and review complex financial models and structure business cases to support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or similar. 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A. Advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and complex financial modeling. Fluent in English.
