Provide support in self-service or business platform to ensure efficient service for members. Offer information about products and services to enhance customer service and close deals. Guide members on using self-service options to promote adoption and ensure effective service.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. Professional experience in customer service/sales activities. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Availability of hours and residence in Ponta Grossa - PR or nearby regions.
