Define and maintain the test automation strategy. Design the architecture and corporate automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, microservices, and core systems. Lead QA transformation initiatives towards Quality Engineering (QE). Establish quality gates within the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
What We're Looking For
+5 years of professional experience in software development, architecture, test automation, or Quality Engineering. +3 years of experience designing or leading automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and microservices. Experience leading teams or initiatives in QA transformation towards QE.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with office attendance required 2 times a week in Miraflores, Lima, Peru.
