Identify areas for improvement and define business requirements for enhancing processes, focusing on reporting capabilities and user experience. Lead the implementation of Trade Term Evolution tools in Brazil and provide training and support to users post-implementation. Design and conduct training sessions and workshops for system users, ensuring the dissemination of best practices related to revenue growth.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in the FMCG sector, with a background in Revenue and/or Distribution, Key Account, and Insights. Strong analytical and financial skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead sales strategy. Advanced English proficiency is required.
