Ensure continuity and discipline of the shift by executing the Ops Clock from start to finish. Optimize efficiency by monitoring key KPIs (DS, productivity, dispatch, coverage, and RTS) and intervening when deviations occur. Develop and retain the operational team and drivers through close leadership and feedback. Guarantee a safe environment by implementing SHE standards with checklists and visual management.

Experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers. Proven experience in leadership and management of operational teams on the floor. Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with operational management tools (preferably Thundera or Kronos). Availability to rotate shifts.
