Core Responsibilities

The analyst will support Customer Success and Account Management teams by managing case queues, creating reports, and maintaining data integrity. They will also coordinate with the collections team and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting updates.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in operations, data integrity, or business analytics within a fast-paced technology environment. A bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce and strong cross-functional communication skills.
