Estimator (Commercial Painting & Coatings)

Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for commercial painting and coatings projects using PlanSwift and Excel. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and finish schedules. Communicate with clients to clarify project scope and develop competitive cost estimates based on production rates and project conditions.

2–5+ years of estimating experience specifically in commercial painting, coatings, or wall coverings. Strong understanding of commercial painting methods and labor productivity. Proficiency with PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel, and ability to read architectural drawings.
