Attend to customers directly at their point of sale, assisting them with the initialization and correct use of the products they contracted. Manage stock at the operational hub, including receiving assets, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, organization, and periodic inventory of stock.

Valid CNH B or AB (Car) for at least 2 years; no more than 10 active points on the CNH in the last 12 months; completed high school education. Additional qualifications include completion or enrollment in a Technical or Higher Education program in Applied Social Sciences (Logistics, Administration, etc.), experience in customer service, and experience in logistics.

The position offers a CLT contract with a 44-hour work week, including at least 1 hour of daily break, on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday). If working night shifts, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
