Website Project Manager

Own project delivery end-to-end leading post-sale website build projects from kickoff to launch with minimal daily oversight. Serve as the primary client contact for assigned manufacturing clients: run client meetings, deliver weekly status updates, and turn client input into clear direction for internal teams. Manage resourcing to keep project velocity on pace with milestones by coordinating with department heads to secure design and development resources.

Practical understanding of how websites function — able to make minor edits directly in WordPress or HubSpot. Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at varying levels of complexity. Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management software, and Google Workspace.
