Analista de Growth Junior - CRM & Performance - Campinas/SP

Support the planning and execution of multichannel CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Push), actively engaging in communication strategies. Analyze funnel stages (acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities based on data. Manage CRM channel operations, focusing on segmentation, timing of messages, and message consistency. Build performance reports, organizing data clearly to support team decisions.

Knowledge in CRM, digital marketing, or growth, preferably in performance-oriented environments.
