Direct the staff in daily operations to ensure quality work, providing administrative and technical direction. Validate analysis reports and authorize the issuance of test reports in LIMS. Schedule and distribute work among staff based on client priorities and operational needs.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. Intermediate English proficiency and knowledge of sampling, sample preparation, and chemical analysis methods.
