Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial product implementation and configuration to long-term growth. Conduct demo calls, provide client training, and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Requires 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a proven track record of setting up complex B2B products like ERP or CRM systems. Must be fluent in English and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
