Gather and structure business requirements from operational teams and translate them into clear development tasks. Analyze operational workflows, collect feedback from local teams, and identify bottlenecks. Support the digitization and optimization of operational processes and define key performance metrics.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of product development processes and experience with hypothesis generation and A/B testing. B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
