AI Business Operations Expert - Bogotá (Hybrid)

Map complex operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI augmentation. Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI-powered workflows using N8N and other LLM APIs. Collaborate with leaders to implement automation that improves speed and accuracy, and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to track KPIs.

7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven track record in AI automation and experience with platforms like N8N, Make, or Zapier. Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data in SQL and familiarity with enterprise systems like CRMs and data warehouses.
