AI Business Operations Analyst - Bogotá (Hybrid)

Map high-friction operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI-augmentation and automation. Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code/Codex and n8n. Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and flag anomalies. Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to identify opportunities for automation.

3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven AI automation track record with hands-on experience building automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier. Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data in SQL and work with BI tools like Metabase.
