Senior Associate - Americas Learning & Development Projects Specialist (EYP) - EY GDS

Drive portfolio management activities including feedback and consumption reporting. Maintain facilitator and participant materials repository in SharePoint. Support project management efforts for learning projects and create project documentation. Communicate progress and risks to team members and clients to ensure project success.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of work experience, preferably in learning and development. Strong spoken and written English skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and ability to use AI-enabled tools effectively.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones. This role works with team members in all US time zones.
