Lead the design and technical evolution of APIs and backend microservices. Collaborate with Product and UX teams to evaluate technical trade-offs based on data. Mentor the team while promoting systemic thinking and autonomy.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in backend development. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles. Advanced knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, with experience in distributed systems design and event-driven architectures.
