Understand operational processes and distribute knowledge to the operations team by analyzing necessary data to measure impact, draw conclusions, and share insights. Manage governance of systemic change implementations in operations, ensuring contingency plans and resolution of obstacles. Create and coordinate an implementation plan for solutions, clearly outlining initiatives in the implementation phase. Monitor adherence to new work instructions sustainably through clear, efficient, and proactive communication.
Requirements
Complete higher education. Experience in process improvement or quality, mapping operations and flows, coordinating projects and activities, and in manufacturing, operations, logistics, and changes. Knowledge of Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and PMO methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, dashboard generation, and tools like BigQuery and AI tools. Green, yellow, or Blackbelt certification.
